Topcall chooses Acapela Group technologies to enhance seamless communications

With Acapela 's pre-processing module, Acapela text to speech handles e-mails, HTML or RTF content. This module can parse e-mails, extract sender, subject, date, attachments and message body. The pre-processor expands and adapts e-mail addresses, URLs, decodes HTML and RTF, extracts audio attachments (.au), emoticons and filters bottom signatures.
